Marketing Executive (Karnataka)
Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of sales and marketing plan (on a half-yearly basis).
  2. Execution of sales and marketing plan.
  3. Ensuring timely dispatch of plants to farmers.
  4. Follow-up with customers on the receipt of plants.
  5. Booking of orders from farmers.
  6. Coordinating dispatch of plants.
  7. Providing logistics support.
  8. Traveling and establishing a network of dealers and distributors pan-India for Namo Bioplants.
  9. Ensuring timely payments from farmers, dealers, and hardening center managers and is personally responsible for receipts and collection.
  10. Ensuring sales-after-service to every single customer. First visit should be made within the first month of sales, second visit after five to six months post-sale, and final visit during flowering time.
  11. Providing technical guidance and assistance to customers, through technology as well as personal visits.
  12. Resolving any conflict or complaints arising from customers (pertaining to quality, dispatch, or other grievances).
  13. Setting up hardening centers and keeping an over-watch on their activities and plant sales.
  14. Taking report of mortality and stock (of coco-peat and pro-trays) from each hardening center on weekly basis..
  15. Coordinating bills and delivery challan receipts.
  16. Preparing agreements between Namo Bioplants and their respective dealers, hardening center managers, and  farmers.
  17. Planning and representing Namo Bioplants at exhibitions.
  18. Conducting farmer meetings and seminars in regions pan-India.
  19. Be responsible for creating a brand image by giving newspaper ads, designing pamphlets, printing banners, distributing technical brochures, recording videos of
    success stories, etc in consultation with and subject to approval from Management.
  20. Making sure that there is proper record maintenance taking place.
  21. Consolidating and submitting weekly reports of all activities to management for review.
  22. Overlooking the process of sucker selection with production team.
  23. Aiding the management to set up marketing systems and procedures.
  24. Ensuring that the marketing systems and procedures are implemented and followed in an effective manner.
  25. Planning and ensuring sales in off-season.
